Ping raggiunge 1 milione di utenti in 48 ore!

E mentre ancora molte persone si chiedono quale sia l’utilità a livello pratico del nuovo social network di Apple, dall’America arrivano i primi numeri su Ping.

In soli due giorni, la nuova piattaforma può già vantare di 1 milione di iscritti! iTunes 10 invece è stato già scaricato da 3 milioni di utenti e pertanto un terzo degli stessi ha già deciso di iscriversi a Ping creando il proprio profilo personale. Il numero è in costante crescita ad un ritmo velocissimo in queste prime ore successive al lancio. Ci sono già diversi artisti di alto calibro da seguire e le cose andranno sicuramente a migliorare. Tuttavia, Ping è sembrato davvero limitato a parecchi utenti dato che non c’è la possibilità di pubblicare messaggi per aggiornare il proprio stato nè di riprodurre tutte quelle funzioni che ormai siamo abituati ad avere con FaceBook.

In realtà più che social network, Ping lo possiamo definire come una semplice estensione dell’iTunes Music Store, per condividere le preferenze musicali e sostanzialmente per aumentare ulteriormente le vendite degli album e dei singoli tramite la piattaforma Apple.
