Instagram prende spunto da TikTok: esperienza full-screen in fase di test

Che TikTok sia il social network del momento non lo scopriamo di certo oggi e a “soffrirne” sono – ovviamente – le piattaforme rivali, principalmente Instagram. Ebbene, proprio la costola di Meta sta effettuando una serie di test per una nuova modalità full-screen per il feed e una rinnovata barra di navigazione.

Attualmente solo un numero limitato di persone può provare in anteprima le due modifiche dell’interfaccia. Sono soluzioni utili per cercare di recuperare terreno su TikTok, che in termini di contenuti video continua a dominare la sua fetta di mercato.

I video, per gli utenti scelti per la fase di test, sono ora a visibili anche a schermo intero (basta un tocco, un leggero swipe verso l’alto per accedere a questa modalità). Didascalia e pulsanti per interagire (Like, Commenta, Condividi) restano visibili.

Instagram ha dato una chance al full screen già in passato, e ora ci sta riprovando. In aggiunta, ci sono novità anche per le foto: Zuckerberg ha sottolineato ancora una volta quanto siano importanti per Instagram e ha annunciato che il team di sviluppo sta lavorando ad un modo per renderle visibili a schermo intero anche nel feed.

Come per i video, si partirà da una fase di test. Poi, in caso di feedback positivi, l’aggiornamento sarà esteso anche agli altri iscritti.
