L’iPhone nell’equipaggiamento dell’esercito americano?

Notizia atipica quella che arriva da AnyTimes, secondo la quale l’esercito americano potrebbe inserire nel proprio equipaggiamento uno smartphone di ultima generazione.

Potrebbe iniziare presto un periodo di prova durante il quale è previsto l’utilizzo di un iPhone o uno smartphone Android da parte dei soldati, per consentire la consultazione di mappe dinamiche, il reperimento e l’aggiornamento dei dati in tempo reale. Sembrerebbe inoltre che l’US Army fosse indirizzata maggiormente verso il dispositivo Apple perché all’inizio dell’anno alcuni ufficiali dell’esercito hanno visitato il campus di Cupertino, restandone favorevolmente colpiti perché semplici e funzionali.
