Come ripristinare il corretto funzionamento del Touch ID dopo l’aggiornamento ad iOS 7.1

Diversi utenti hanno riportato l’impossibilità di utilizzare il Touch ID per riconoscere la propria impronta digitale e sbloccare l’iPhone 5S dopo l’aggiornamento al nuovo iOS 7.1. Andiamo a vedere come risolvere il problema.

Personalmente non ho avuto nè sentito di questi problemi, ma nei Forum americani sono diversi gli utenti a lamentarsi. Il problema ovviamente non è di tipo hardware quindi potete subito rasserenarvi. Di seguito trovate due procedure che potete eseguire per risolvere il problema:

Eliminare tutte le proprie impronte ed aggiungerle di nuovo

Il modo più semplice per ripristinare il corretto funzionamento del Touch ID è quello di eliminare le impronte registrate in passato, e re-inserirle da capo. Per farlo dovete:

• Entrare in Impostazioni > Touch ID e Codice
• Digitare la propria password numerica o alfanumerica
• Effettuare uno swipe da destra verso sinistra per far apparire il tasto Elimina in corrispondenza delle varie dita salvate
• Infine, cliccare su “Aggiungi un’impronta” per registrare nuovamente l’accesso con le proprie dita

  

La maggior parte degli utenti risolvono il problema con questo sistema, ma se non doveste essere cosi fortunati, allora non vi resta che ripristinare l’iPhone.
