Adobe annuncia la versione 10.1 del Flash Player per tutti gli smartphone, eccetto l’iPhone

Adobe, tramite un comunicato stampa ufficiale, ha annunciato che la prima versione beta del suo Flash Player 10.1 verrà rilasciata entro quest’anno per Windows Mobile ed in seguito anche per Android, Symbian e BlackBerry.

Nella lista degli smartphone non è incluso l’iPhone, e probabilmente non lo sarà mai. Questo è davvero un peccato in quanto il nuovo player sarà in grado di riprodurre video in HD sfruttando la GPU integrata, supporterà il multi-touch e perfino l’acccelerometro, tutti quelli che da tempo rappresentano i punti forte del melafonino.

Apple non ha mai nascosto che l’integrazione di Adobe Flash all’interno di Safari non farebbe altro che rallentare il browser, e sono sempre di più i siti web che si ottimizzano per l’iPhone. Probabilmente la mancanza di un player si farà sentire sempre di meno col tempo, ma intano non possiamo negare che Adobe stia ottenendo proprio degli ottimi risultati.
