Apple lancia un programma di sostituzione per le Smart Battery Case per iPhone XS e XR

Apple ha avviato un programma sostitutivo per la Smart Battery Case per iPhone XS e iPhone XR. La società afferma che le unità vendute da gennaio 2019 a ottobre 2019 potrebbero presentare problemi di ricarica a causa di un guasto.

Le unità interessate possono presentare problemi come la ricarica intermittente quando sono collegate all’alimentazione o la custodia semplicemente non carica affatto l’iPhone. Chi ha una Smart Battery Case con questi problemi, può ottenere una sostituzione gratuita.

Questo programma sostitutivo copre la maggior parte delle Smart Battery Case per iPhone XR, iPhone XS e iPhone XS Max. La data di inizio della finestra di ammissibilità è gennaio 2019, ovvero quando i case sono stati messi in vendita per la prima volta.
