Problema Apple Tv: alcuni utenti lamentano la scomparsa dei menu

Alcuni utenti stanno lamentando sul forum Apple la scomparsa dei menù dei film o dei programmi televisivi sull’Apple TV.

Il problema è stato riportato da utenti del Regno Unito, ma in alcuni forum e su Twitter lamentano problemi anche utenti australiani, francesi, irlandesi ed americani. Per il momento la pagina diagnostica di Apple non riporta interruzioni al servizio.

Una persona sul forum di Apple dice di aver contattato l’azienda dopo essersi presentato il problema e che nemmeno dopo un ripristino la sua Apple TV non funzionava a dovere; il supporto ha dichiarato che è un problema a loro noto. Il personale Apple ha dichiarato che stanno aggiornando i propri sistemi e che le funzioni mancanti dovrebbero riapparire presto.
