Facebook pronta a lanciare una nuova applicazione chiamata Bolt?

In queste ore, alcuni utilizzatori di Instagram, hanno visto apparire un banner per la prima volta all’interno dell’applicaizone. Nel banner c’era un invito a scaricare Bolt, una nuova applicazione per inviare immagini e comunicare immadiatamente con altre persone in un solo tap.

Il link apriva immediatamente il Google Play Store, tuttavia l’applicazione in questione non risultava disponibile. Al momento questo banner è stato rimosso e non è chiaro se si tratta della prima pubblicità disponibile sulla nuova piattaforma di Advertising introdotta di recente da Facebook, oppure se si tratta proprio di una nuova applicazione ed un nuovo servizio che Facebook si appresta a lanciare.

D’altronde se pensiamo alla descrizione “One tap photo messaging”, non possiamo non pensare a qualcosa di molto simile a SnapChat, applicazione che Facebook ha cercato di acquisire per molto tempo ma senza risultati.

Il colosso dei Social Network avrebbe quindi  potuto scegliere di realizzare un servizio simile in maniera autonoma ed il Banner apparso su Instagram potrebbe rappresentare soltanto un test, per tenersi pronti non appena l’applicazione sarà disponibile anche in App Store per un lancio in grande stile.
