La rete Tre non funziona in diverse regioni italiane [AGGIORNATO]

Numerosi clienti Tre in tutta l’Italia stanno segnalando un importante malfunzionamento della rete. Cerchiamo di fare un po’ di chiarezza in merito alla questione in questo nostro articolo.

I malfunzionamenti sono stati segnalati inizialmente nella mattinata del 10 luglio. Tutt’ora la rete risulta essere instabile e difficilmente utilizzabile dai clienti Tre. Il gestore ha comunicato su Twitter di essere al lavoro per cercare una soluzione. La diffusione del problema è piuttosto ampia, ma la maggior parte delle segnalazioni provengono dalle regioni del nord.

Se siete clienti Tre non dovete fare altro che aspettare una soluzione da parte del gestore. Attualmente infatti non c’è modo di risolvere gli errori sulla vostra linea.

Stiamo riscontrando problemi sulla nostra rete dati, il servizio verrà ripristinato al più presto. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.

AGGIORNAMENTO

Stando a quanto condiviso dall’operatore su Twitter, i problemi sono stati definitivamente risolti.

Informiamo tutti i clienti che i problemi sulla nostra rete dati sono stati risolti e il servizio è stato ripristinato. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.
