CocoaNuts: “La beta di Celeste è compatibile con iOS 5.1.1”

Vi ricordate di Celeste? È quel tweak che permette di utilizzare al massimo le funzionalità del Bluetooth sui dispositivi mobili Apple, nei quali è fortemente limitato. Da qualche minuto su Twitter è stato pubblicato un messaggio da parte dei CocoaNuts, il team di sviluppatori dietro a questo progetto, che hanno annunciato il ritorno di questo “add-on” anche su iOS 5.1.1

Sebbene Celeste sia sicuramente un tweak molto utile, ha un grande difetto: dipende da alcune librerie che vengono solitamente rese compatibili con le nuovi versioni di iOS qualche mese dopo l’uscita dell’ultima versione del sistema operativo.

Grande notizia quindi per tutti coloro che hanno acquistato il celebre plugin: a breve, probabilmente, i CocoaNuts rilasceranno nella loro repository privata una build beta con la compatibilità ad iOS 5.1.1. Non mancheremo di aggiornarvi in caso di novità!

Celeste è disponibile su Cydia nella repository di Modmyi.com per 9,99$ ed è attualmente compatibile con iOS 4.2 o superiori.
